Gzira City 2BR · Balcony is the second-floor apartment on the city side of Gzira Residence — a brand new building finished in 2026. The balcony faces the street and catches more light than the first floor: you're above the awnings and trees, with a clear view across the rooftops of Gzira.
Inside, the layout is the same as every apartment in the building: two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living-kitchen area with a smart TV and sofa that converts to sleep two additional guests. Both bedrooms can be configured as a double or two twins — let us know before arrival. Air conditioning throughout. Free fibre WiFi.
The second floor is a good middle ground: high enough to reduce street noise, low enough that you barely need the lift. If you want maximum quiet, consider the courtyard-side apartments. If you want more height and light, the third and fourth floors have the same layout at a slightly higher rate.

Is there street noise on the second floor?
Less than the first floor — you're above the street-level bustle. During the day there's normal ambient city sound; at night it's quiet. If you're very noise-sensitive, the courtyard-side apartments on the same floor are an option, or the upper floors.
Double bed or two twins?
Both bedrooms can be set up either way. Let us know at booking or on WhatsApp before arrival — we'll have it ready for you.
Can 5 or 6 people stay here?
Yes. The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed, so the apartment sleeps up to 6. Just mention it when you book — we'll prepare extra linen and towels.
How does check-in work?
Contactless self check-in. The evening before arrival you receive a WhatsApp with the exact address, door code, lift access and WiFi password. You let yourself in whenever you arrive.
Is there parking?
On-street parking in Gzira is free. In peak season (June–September) you may need to park a street or two away. Most guests don't need a car — the ferry to Valletta and the bus network cover everything.
Can I bring a pet?
This apartment isn't pet-friendly, but we have one pet-friendly unit in the building — the
