What is the minimum stay?

Are bills really included?
Yes — WiFi, electricity, water and weekly cleaning. No surprises at month end.
Can I get a letter for a bank or visa?
Yes. We provide official tenancy confirmation letters for banks, universities, and visa applications.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes — 3 months gets ~15% off, 6 months ~20% off the monthly rate shown.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets are welcome in some Gzira units — mention this in your enquiry.
Do I need a Maltese lease agreement?
For stays over 3 months we provide a standard Maltese rental contract.
