Do I need an MTA licence?
Yes — all short-term rentals need a Malta Tourism Authority licence. We handle the full application as part of our service.
How quickly can you list my property?
Typically 48 hours from the day we visit. Photography, listing setup and pricing all done within that window.
Can I still use my apartment myself?
Absolutely. Just block your dates in the calendar. Your property stays yours.
What if a guest causes damage?
We collect a security deposit on every booking. For damage beyond the deposit, Airbnb and Booking both have host protection programmes.
Is there a minimum contract?
We ask for 3 months to get started. After that, rolling monthly with 30 days notice.
Do you manage outside Gzira?
Yes — we manage across central Malta including Sliema, Msida, Valletta and Ta' Xbiex.
