This is the city-side penthouse: instead of a balcony, you get a private rooftop terrace with outdoor seating, space for dining al fresco, and a panoramic view across the rooftops of Gzira towards the domes of Valletta and the harbour.
Inside, the layout is the same two-bedroom plan as the rest of the building: open-plan living and kitchen, smart TV, sofa that converts to sleep two additional guests, air conditioning throughout, free fibre WiFi. Both bedrooms can be configured as a double or two twins. The difference is what's outside — the terrace turns this apartment into a different experience, especially in the evenings.
This is the top unit in the building for guests who want outdoor living space. Breakfast on the terrace, sunset drinks, late-night quiet under the Maltese sky. If you prefer shade and a more sheltered terrace, the Garden Terrace Penthouse on the courtyard side is the alternative.

How big is the terrace?
Large enough for a dining table with four chairs and a separate seating area. It's significantly bigger than the standard balconies on floors 1–4. You can comfortably have a full outdoor dinner or spread out with sun loungers. The terrace is private — not shared with the other penthouse.
Double bed or two twins?
Both bedrooms can be set up either way. Let us know at booking or on WhatsApp before arrival — we'll have it ready for you.
Can 5 or 6 people stay here?
Yes. The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed, so the apartment sleeps up to 6. Just mention it when you book — we'll prepare extra linen and towels.
How does check-in work?
Contactless self check-in. The evening before arrival you receive a WhatsApp with the exact address, door code, lift access and WiFi password. You let yourself in whenever you arrive.
Is there parking?
On-street parking in Gzira is free. In peak season (June–September) you may need to park a street or two away. Most guests don't need a car — the ferry to Valletta and the bus network cover everything.
Can I bring a pet?
