Gzira Top Floor 2BR · City Lookout is the fourth-floor apartment on the city side of Gzira Residence — a brand new building finished in 2026. This is the highest standard floor in the building (only the penthouses are above). From the balcony you look out across the rooftops of Gzira with church domes, construction cranes, and the Maltese sky in every direction.
Inside, the layout is the same as every apartment in the building: two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan living-kitchen area with a smart TV and sofa that converts to sleep two additional guests. Both bedrooms can be configured as a double or two twins. Air conditioning throughout. Free fibre WiFi.
The fourth floor is the sweet spot for guests who want the views and the quiet of height without the penthouse price. Street noise is virtually absent. The lift makes the four flights effortless. If you want a private terrace instead of a balcony, the penthouses on the fifth floor are available at a higher rate.

What's the difference between this and the penthouses?
Same layout, same equipment, same two bedrooms. The penthouses on the fifth floor have a private terrace instead of a balcony — more outdoor space for sitting, dining, or sunbathing. The fourth-floor apartment has a standard balcony. If outdoor space is important, consider the penthouses. If you want the height and quiet without the premium, this is the one.
Double bed or two twins?
Both bedrooms can be set up either way. Let us know at booking or on WhatsApp before arrival — we'll have it ready for you.
Can 5 or 6 people stay here?
Yes. The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable double bed, so the apartment sleeps up to 6. Just mention it when you book — we'll prepare extra linen and towels.
How does check-in work?
Contactless self check-in. The evening before arrival you receive a WhatsApp with the exact address, door code, lift access and WiFi password. You let yourself in whenever you arrive.
Is there parking?
On-street parking in Gzira is free. In peak season (June–September) you may need to park a street or two away. Most guests don't need a car — the ferry to Valletta and the bus network cover everything.
Can I bring a pet?
